Chef Tetsuya has been preparing something special for this weekend’s Taste of Little Italy!

Slow cooked beef brisket with house pickled red onions and special teriyaki sauce. Marinaded for 10 days and slow cooked for 8 hours, this juicy, tender, delicious brisket goes great with our $5 Asahi special all weekend long!

We’ll also be playing all the World Cup games on our patio and in the dinning area so come down & enjoy some brisket, beer, & football/soccer, Japanese style!
